Recovery, Resilience, and Renewal—Your Next Mission Starts Here.
Specialized virtual therapy guiding you through trauma, and into your next chapter.
The World Health Organization (2024) estimates that nearly 70% of the global population has experienced at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. Despite its prevalence, trauma remains frequently misunderstood and routinely minimized. I believe that normalizing the conversation around trauma is essential—not only to reduce stigma, but to cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and understanding of the ways in which traumatic stress can affect individuals and their interpersonal relationships.
The experience of trauma is deeply personal and often shaped by a range of circumstances, environments, and histories. Thus, trauma can take many forms—sudden or prolonged, visible or hidden—and its psychological impact often persists long after the event itself. Next Mission Recovery is committed to addressing these lasting effects through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Whether navigating the aftermath of a single incident or the complexities of persistent traumatic stress, I provide psychological services that are grounded in evidence-based approaches that support healing, resilience, and sustained well-being.

My Approach to Care
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that honors the unique impact of trauma on individuals and communities. I recognize that healing is not one-size-fits-all—it begins with safety, trust, and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I integrate evidence-based treatments with a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring care to each person’s goals, readiness, and lived experience. My clinical focus includes PTSD, complex trauma, and the co-occurring mood and personality disorders often associated with prolonged or early-life stress.
Next Mission Recovery is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I prioritize an environment of safety and collaboration, recognizing the resilience that coexists with pain and the complex ways trauma can shape identity, emotions, and relationships.
Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative and restorative process—one that affirms each person’s dignity, fosters personal agency, and supports lasting growth and healing.
